About Plaster Works

Owned and operated by John McVicar, Plaster Works was established in Auckland in 2001 and has been involved in all aspects of exterior plastering including many large restoration projects throughout New Zealand.

John and the team of similarly qualified and experienced tradesmen, take pride and enjoyment in restoring old buildings to their former glory, using traditional materials and techniques. Plaster Works believes it is important to continue using these methods for future generations, whilst constantly adapting and improving with contemporary products and sytems to meet today's modern building requirements. 

Plaster Works are now permanently based in Christchurch in response to the demand for Plaster Works' skillset and knowledge base in assisting to re-build Christchurch.
